My expertise is in treating neck, back and shoulder pain with Therapeutic Massage techniques; including, Hot Stones, Deep Tissue work, Stretching and Myofascial work. This provides pain relief for migraines, shoulder pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, arthritis and post surgical pain to name a few.
Muscle tightness is often the root cause of much pain. Medications, injections or surgery are NOT your only treatment options for pain. Relieving muscle tension relieves the pain, and almost immediately--certainly by the end of the massage!
Pre/Post Natal Massage I also enjoy providing --right up until the week of delivery, when it's needed the most! Relieves back and neck pain, aching feet and gives you that so desired peace and quiet and relaxation for you and your baby. For high risk pregnancies (bedrest or hospitalization) I will consider home or hospital massage.
